30-Day Returns Policy

The website https://culturecommercial.com.au (the "website") is owned and operated by Peter Casaceli ABN 46447640694 (referred to as "Culture Commercial," "we," "our," "us," or the "Company") of 85 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Company includes representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders.

In its operation of the website, Culture Commercial offers products for sale in its own right and on behalf of third-party sellers. When you place an order with Culture Commercial, the products may be supplied to you either by us or by a third-party seller, and the legal relationship of 'buyer' and 'seller' will be between you and the respective supplier. Where the products are supplied by a third party, they have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale, and any reference to 'we,' 'our,' or 'us' applies to that supplier.

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of any product ordered by you on the website. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • "You" means the Customer who places an Order.
  • "Product(s)" means the supplier’s products sold to Customers via the website in accordance with this agreement.

  • "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, bank holiday, or public holiday in New South Wales.

These Terms and Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Use by third parties – even of extracts – for commercial purposes of offering goods and/or services is not permitted. Infringements may be subject to legal action.

Change of Mind

We want you to feel confident when buying on https://culturecommercial.com.au. Therefore, we give you the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from us for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, we accept change-of-mind returns provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. A 30% restocking fee applies, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to the return address.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be made to the original payment method, minus the 30% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Before returning your product, please contact us by email at info@culturehome.com.au or call our Customer Care Team at 0421-109-267. Our specialists will provide guidelines for the return process, including shipping instructions. You may also need to fill out a return form provided by us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Culture Commercial within 24 hours by emailing info@culturehome.com.au or calling 0421-109-267. You may need to provide photos or videos of the damage for assessment.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit for the full sale price. Do not attempt to return the item before speaking to one of our specialists, as you may be responsible for associated expenses if you do so.

We will not refund or replace products that, in our reasonable opinion, have become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or abnormal use after purchase.

Warranty Claims

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Credit Card Fraud, Protection and Prevention

When you place an Order with Culture Commercial, by either a Credit Card or PayPal, you may be sent an email from our Fraud Team requesting further information to confirm the identity of the cardholder, such as a copy of your credit card and driver's license. This is to ensure a safe and reliable shopping experience and to protect you against fraud.

We only ask for this information if your order flags a fraud alert. When Culture Commercial requests further information to confirm the identity of the cardholder, your order will be placed in pending status and will remain pending until your order has passed our Fraud Team's internal checks. If you do not provide the required information, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the original payment method. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card and PayPal account holders from online fraud. Culture Commercial may take further action against customers identified to be making fraudulent transactions.

Amendment

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online. However, continued use of the website will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
